The goal is the creative act itself.We facilitate the Jewish Studio Process (and other approaches) so you can be more fully expressed and grow your innate creativity and wisdom. Creating Circle processes are without pressure and without judgment.You can relax, be curious.Painting without an end in mind lets your nervous system settle. Your brain becomes quieter.Using simple art materials, as you respond to colors, shapes, and energy, your brain shifts from a demand to 'produce' to a willingness to 'explore!'With each mark, each breath, and each moment, you can become clearer, more awake, and more relaxed.
